The Smokehouse Cafe

 

     

 

The Smokehouse handcrafts delicacies such as king salmon, hake, mussels, mackerel, warehou, chicken, bacon 
and vegetables. They are smoked daily using Manuka wood, brown sugar and sea salt. 
These compliment our cafe menu of freshly made breads, chutneys, pickles, cured meats and desserts.

Many of the staple products as well as seasonal specialties are available next door in our delicatessen.

In the café as well as the smokehouse we take special care to source local products and suppliers, 
as well as using only free-range eggs and meat.

Applying simple and respectful treatments to the best ingredients of the season, 
we encourage the food to showcase itself.
