The Smokehouse  Deli & Smokehouse is a unique experience located just off the Coastal Highway on the old Mapua Wharf on the Waimea Estuary - the largest estuary in the South Island.  The Smokehouse is nestled between three national parks, boutique wineries, fine artists and beautiful beaches - the 'Jewel in the Crown'.

The Smokehouse experience is based on the concept of delicately hot smoking local products using traditional brick kilns and natural manuka shavings - choose from the amazing variety in our deli.
